Intro Day Course

• Where Paraventures cancels an Intro Day prior to the course beginning (usually a result of bad weather) then students will be presented with the choice of a full refund or re-booking onto an alternative Intro Day course.
• Where an Intro Day course starts but is not finished (usually a result of bad weather) then students will be presented with the choice of a pro-rata refund or re-booking onto an alternative day to complete the Intro Day. Where re-booking is not possible, a pro-rata refund will be given.
• A student can re-book an Intro Day booking to an alternative day without penalty provided 24 hours notice is given.
• A student will not be entitled to a refund in the event of a no-show.
• Paraventures reserves the right to treat a late-arrival as a no-show, in the event the student is more than 15 minutes late.

PG1 Course

• Where Paraventures cancels a PG1 course prior to the course beginning (usually a result of bad weather) then students will be presented with the choice of a full refund or re-booking onto an alternative PG1 course.
• Where an PG1 course starts but is not finished (usually a result of bad weather) then students will be presented with the choice of a pro-rata refund or re-booking onto an alternative day to complete the the remainder of the PG1 course. Where re-booking is not possible, a pro-rata refund will be given.
• A student can re-book an entire PG1 course without penalty provided 24 hours notice is given (prior to the start of the first day).
• A student will not be entitled to a refund in the event of a no-show.
• Paraventures reserves the right to treat a late-arrival as a no-show, in the event the student is more than 15 minutes late.
• Missing one of the PG1 course days may result in the forfeiture of the remainder of the course. Re-booking the incomplete part of the course is at the discretion of Paraventures.

Other Courses

The following principals will be adhered to:

• Where Paraventures cancels a course, or where a course is incomplete because of bad weather, pro-rata refunds will be given (where courses are pre-paid).
• Paraventures reserves the right to charge for courses/flights/days where a student arrives more than 15 minutes late, or in the event of a no-show (except following prior arrangement).

Covid-19

• Level 1 – Paraventures is currently able to operate normally.
• Level 2 – Level 2 requires businesses to mitigate risk associated with physical distance. Paraventures can operate, but with limited student numbers. Adequate supervision of new students is not possible. We currently do not offer Intro Day courses when Level 2 restrictions are in place.
• Level 3 – Paraventures cannot legally operate.
• Level 4 – Paraventures cannot legally operate.

Refunds will be given for all incomplete or cancelled courses where re-booking is not possible as a result of Covid-19. Students are encouraged to contact us if they have concerns over Covid-19 and/or with to consider re-booking.

General

Paraventures accepts no responsibility for costs beyond the cost of a course. Paraventures will not be held responsible for travel and/or accommodation costs following the cancellation of or failure to complete a course.
